Business Development Representative

The BDR role at SPOTIO is the launching pad for your software sales career and progression into an Account Executive role. We are team-oriented, collaborative and committed to "Know the Customer“ and "Make it Better."

We're a Dallas based software startup looking for team members who want to make an immediate impact, influence decisions at all levels and contribute to the continued success of a growing company.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Prospect for new, qualified leads via cold calling, emailing and social media messaging (50+ calls & emails per day)
- Demonstrate the value of SPOTIO through email, chat and phone communication
- Set qualified appointments for discovery calls with AE team
- Collaborate with Account Executive, Marketing & Customer Support on a daily basis
- Achieve & surpass qualified opportunity and closed business quotas
How You’ll Know You’re Qualified:
- 1+ year prior sales experience with proven success; SDR/BDR included
- Self Starter: don’t need babysitting, set & hit your own goals
- Go-getter attitude with initiative and persistence
- Positive and energetic attitude
- Strong desire to expand and acquire new skills
- Experience with CRM
