Sales Development Representative - Software Sales
SPOTIO is looking for an ambitious Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help fuel our revenue growth.
As an SDR you will need to be driven, high energy, organized and have excellent communication skills on both the phone and email to contact, follow up and convert potential customers into qualified demo’s for our Sales Executives to close.
Software sales is a fantastic career to get into with HUGE upside in terms of income potential and growth. We will provide you with a proven playbook to succeed.
Growth Potential - as a successful SDR you will have the opportunity to move into the Sales Executive position where you will be closing the deals that are set for you. With this promotion comes a salary, commission and responsibility increase. This can happen is as few at 4 to 6 months.
- Follow up with and qualify all inbound leads
- Cold call, email and prospect outbound leads
- Qualify prospects based on their current business pains and needs
- Schedule demo’s for the Sales Executive to hold
- Enter and update all activities into SalesForce
- Meet or exceed quota every month
Desired Skills & Experience:
- A strong desire to be an expert salesperson, see it as an art and learned skill and be willing to put in the time and energy to progress and get better every day
- Curious, interested in self improvement and knowledge seeking in your career and personal life
- College degree or prior lead generation and/or sales prospecting experience
- Excellent phone and writing skills, able to communicate effectively in both mediums
- Highly organized, remember that in sales the “fortune is in the follow up”
- Technically savvy, experience with SalesForce? Awesome!
- Coachable and being eager to learn
