How sales work at Spotio:
- We sell to owners and managers of companies with field sales teams. Spotio solves a very real and palpable problem for them. Common industries are home improvement, solar, energy, security.
- Your day will cover everything from running demo’s set by our SDR team, finding your own prospects, cold calling and closing.
- We use technologies such as SalesForce, Join.me and Appointlet
- Your #1 goal is to provide value to the customer, when you are convinced our product is perfect for them you ask for the sale
- You will spend time training and honing your technique in a team setting. Provide and receive feedback.
Some of the traits that will make you successful here:
- 1 to 2 years experience in sales, software a plus
- Organized, understand the importance of follow up
- Positive outlook and upbeat personality; let’s have some fun!
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Interested in different sales methodologies, learning and training to be a sales professional
- Motivated to win, achieve and accomplish
