What you’ll be doing:

Requirements

bachelor degree or equivalent work experience

1-2 years’ experience in customer facing role

great communication skills and strong emotional intelligence put yourself in the shoes of customers and help them resolve issues efficiently

reliable and self-motivated, get it done

ability to work Monday - Friday 10 am - 7 pm or 11am - 8 pm with a monthly Saturday rotation
